Clunk is still there I bought a used Raptor and it had a clunk in the front end. Also, the rear brakes squeaked. They went above and beyond to repair the clunk by replacin I bought a used Raptor and it had a clunk in the front end. Also, the rear brakes squeaked. They went above and beyond to repair the clunk by replacing several parts. The clunk is still there. Also, I was told my rear brakes are squeaking due to there being moisture such as dew or the humidity in the air and this caused slight rust on the rotors over night. This is not true because if it were, everyone's brakes would squeak. Also, I am now missing a lug nut indicating when the wheels were put back on someone didn't torque them to specs. The service department personnel were excellent and professional. The loaner I was given was brand new so no complaints there. Overall, a 50/50 experience. They replaced several parts on the front but apparently not the ones needing replacement. I wasn't charged anything for the service either. Which is a major plus. More
