Service for death wobble Was very disappointed to hear from the service manager that ford was doing nothing to correct the death wobble when there was a lot of discussion on y Was very disappointed to hear from the service manager that ford was doing nothing to correct the death wobble when there was a lot of discussion on you tube for many years discussing this issue. This in my opinion is a safety issue that should have never been ignored. Was proud of ford for not taking bail out like Chevrolet did but for first time the quality seems to be going backwards regarding this issue. there are also several after market companies addressing this issue so should have been a recall or go back to previous system that didn’t seem to be plagued with this problem. 200 dollars an hour for labor costs seems very high as I have had work done on my Chevrolet pickup and labor costs were a lot less More

Attact of the rodent Was getting read to go to work the other morning and my truck was idle ruff, engine lights were coming on. Got my hand dandy motor diagnostic tool out Was getting read to go to work the other morning and my truck was idle ruff, engine lights were coming on. Got my hand dandy motor diagnostic tool out and plug it in just about ever engine code came on. I just knew it was the magic box gone bad. Call for Ford house said there was a 6 week back up. Well "S?!%@" you know what I mean. The Technician on the phone gave me the 800 number to call for a tow truck. Wow that was good very concerned to my situation. I was still covered by the free tow so made arrangements. Surprise the tow truck was here in about 45 minutes. Not bad for being out side the city limits. Then made my way work. Got a call said the truck had arrived and that it would be put in the repair line. By 11 AM got a call that it was road damage. I Said What road damage? The Technician said RODENT DAMAGE not Road Damage. He explained that a rodent had eaten my wires. Need a new wiring harness. May take a few days I though. This was going to be a long wait for parts and repair. Bummer. Then by 2:30 pm I was called again the truck was ready??? Shock that was fast what happen to 6 weeks? Any way got a ride to the Ford house the truck was ready. Show me the wire damage? I asked. They had multiple pictures of the wires not just chew but chew in half. Not just one location but several. Wow this was going to be expensive. AND they also did two service recalls up grades. The Rodent damage was not covered by warranty I had to pay up. To my surprise it was half of what I was quoted. And Guess what Insurance doesn't cover Rodent damage. Go figure. THIS WAS THE FASTEST I HAVE EVER HAD ANY THING REPAIRED THE PROFESSIONALISM WAS BEYOND OUTSTANDING. More

Overall excellent service dept. The service advisers are great, especially Rick Ramirez who always has a big smile and works hard to help me with any issues I may have. I always appreciate the people greeting me at the door as I walk in and even the folks that are cleaning the building as they open for the day, all were very courteous and helpful when I asked for directions in the new dealership's building. I was impressed to see Mr. Sewell in early to work and his greeting each employee by name and with a smile. you can definitely see the top down positive, pleasant attitude and professionalism is present as everyone I came in contact with were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The ONLY suggestion I would offer is to somehow shorten the 4 to 6 week waiting time to get into the shop for repairs. That being said, my recall repairs only took about 30 min. to perform before I was back out the door and on my way. We are fortunate to have this dealership in the Permian Basin both to serve our community and to be a fine example of how to run a business.
