Very Easy Buying Experience Andrew was such a joy to meet and deal with. Our circumstances with our sale were different from any other. We bought the car, not knowing that it had a recall on it, off the show room floor. Of course, he couldn't sell it to us with that on it, so I had to bring the car back 2 days later. It was going to be 2 months until the part/tools were in for it. I wanted this car, so I said I'd wait. He had a sold sign put on it and put it in a back garage. Meanwhile, he gave me a rental to drive, free of charge. I was returning a 2016 Navigator that my lease was up on. He went above and beyond to help me. The parts/tools came in early (because he put a rush on them) and I got my car 30 days later! I still love it! He felt so bad about all of it, and I appreciate that he never gave up and he kept me happy. He and his wife, are the BEST!! I am very happy with my car and my saleman! More
