Lack of sales staff performance I was trying to buy a new pickup. There was not one on lot that I wanted. Salesperson told me he found a couple online that fit my needs. I inquired day three was told no one responded to his email. Day 8 still no response from salesman. Day nine I went to a different dealership had to wait 24 hours for a dealer trade. The entire deal took 24 hours. More

Beyond expectations. Recently had multiple issues with my 2018 F-350 King Ranch. Adrian Lopez Instructed myself to bring the vehicle in for an evaluation. Once it arrived, Recently had multiple issues with my 2018 F-350 King Ranch. Adrian Lopez Instructed myself to bring the vehicle in for an evaluation. Once it arrived, I was issued a loaner truck with ( 7 ) miles on it at $0.00 cost to me. They had the 2018 F-350 King Ranch back in “New working condition” in a very reasonable time frame. They even went past just fixing my vehicle! Adrian Lopez listened in detail. I asked for a paint pen. He ordered it at no charge. Also he did a full detail. What a difference it makes to have someone care for your vehicle like it’s there own. What a good group of men and women. Yes you may spend more money buying a vehicle in Midland/Odessa but if you deal with the right folks you will have spent money in the right place. More
