He understood that my car was not sitting on the lot so he searched his sources and found one that matched the items I asked to be included on the vehicle. I am sure he could have left me with " I'll call if something shows up in our inventory", but he did not do that. He contacted me with two options he found and provided me with documents for my review. He brought the vehicle to Sewell Odessa where I viewed it and signed the paperwork and drove it home. All this without having to sign papers guaranteeing I would purchase the vehicle before he would bring it in or having to put up a security deposit or anything. This is the level of service I was seeking from a dealership and this is why I am glad I returned to Sewell for our second Lincoln purchase. Andrew did a great job and I feel completely satisfied.
