I did not set up an appointment, but she still took care of everything. I told her that this is a brand new SUV with a bad battery. She wrote down all my information, her name was Nicole R. She even took time to take me around the new facility. I've never been treated this well in a car dealership. Specially with the service department. Even with a never before seen glitch in there computer software, that kept showing a different price. He worked really hard to figure out why it was doing that and made the necessary correction to reflect the price that was agreed upon. There was nothing shady about anyone or anything at this location.
