She lacks people skills and has a snarky attitude. She lied to us on multiple occasions, and the dealership did nothing but take up for her. I had to send 2 emails before I heard back from anyone. They did NOT try to make it up to us in anyway for her lies. They did NOT mention speaking to her about this, sending her to more training or anything productive towards the situation. They did say sorry, WOW! I just bought a $57,000 truck with the wrong wheels, and waited 5 hours for the truck to be detailed, and I got a sorry! More
