Not happy with todays service I have bought several vehicles from Sewell Ford and have been happy over the years but today I had an appointment at 10:00 am with Andrew Peterson, I I have bought several vehicles from Sewell Ford and have been happy over the years but today I had an appointment at 10:00 am with Andrew Peterson, I received an email of an appointment reminder for 10:00 and arrived 10 min prior. At 9:54 am, I received a text asking for the appointment time to change for 11:00 am. I was already at the dealership for my appointment . I felt that someone else could have helped me until Mr. Peterson became available but instead I waited there and eventually left. I made arrangements for this appointment at 10:00 am and feel that this service was unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time. This is the 2nd review I have left for this incident. The first one was removed due to discrepancy. I wonder if only good reviews are submitted!! More

Once the price was set this experience was very smooth. Maikel did a good job with communication and getting my truck ready after the paperwork was completed. I would have liked to see him have a little more authority with setting the price of my vehicle as this took a little back and forth time to resolve. (I do not put that on him just following protocol.) After this process was complete Maikel stayed in touch with me every day until I drove off the lot. I really liked that proactive approach his end. He talked to me everything that was being done to my truck and made great decisions on how to proceed with that process. In all, I would buy another truck from Maikel as well as send him references.
