(I do not put that on him just following protocol.) After this process was complete Maikel stayed in touch with me every day until I drove off the lot. I really liked that proactive approach his end. He talked to me everything that was being done to my truck and made great decisions on how to proceed with that process. In all, I would buy another truck from Maikel as well as send him references.
