The wait was short. They were very friendly and accommodatin I could get my truck taken care of in Hobbs, NM or Kermit, TX. They are both closer to me. Sewell Ford in Odessa, Texas I have done business with a "high end" car dealer in the Forth Worth area (Autobaun) who sold me both a Jaguar and Land Rover, and Sewell Ford in Odes I have done business with a "high end" car dealer in the Forth Worth area (Autobaun) who sold me both a Jaguar and Land Rover, and Sewell Ford in Odessa is either equal to if not better than the service they provided. I was able to make a service appointment for December 10, 2018 at 9:00. I was a little early, but I was promptly greeted by one of your service writers who took detailed descriptions of the issues I was having with my 2014 Explorer Sport. After all of my concerns were addressed, I was given a new 2019 Expedition as my loaner car and I was off before 9:15. I was called with a detailed report on the repairs needed and that they would be covered by the extended warranty that I bought at the time I purchased the car new from Sewell. All of the needed parts were in stock and the repairs were completed shortly before noon on December 11. The technicians also performed a "check up" on the car and discovered that the air filter and the cabin filter needed changing (we had never changed the cabin air filter). Because of the way we were treated when we purchased the car, the superior service we received on this instance, I can only give the highest recommendations for Sewell Ford in Odessa. By the way, their new facility is as good if not better than any facility I have ever been inside of. More
