It is not a car dealership or a sales room, rather it is an elite concierge service experience. From the managers to the young men who detail the cars, everyone is working in the customers best interest. There are no egos at Sewickley Audi. When I walked in the door Matt greeted me and found out what my needs, goals, and objectives were. Once he had a read on me he handed me off to his manager, Dave. Dave cared about me the person and we eventually got around to finding the right car for me. No rush, let’s relax and get to know one another. After Dave assisted with the choosing of the right car, and finding me as many rebates and perks as possible, he handed me off to Marty with confidence. Good choice. Marty’s personality made me forget I was buying a car. We goofed around while he multi-tasked. Andres was brought in to take care of financial matters. This was Saturday.
