Didn't get my price but still bought the car Thoroughly enjoyed my "negotiations" with Marty in purchasing a Certified Pre-owned 2018 Q3. In the end he won (don't they always) but I still bought Thoroughly enjoyed my "negotiations" with Marty in purchasing a Certified Pre-owned 2018 Q3. In the end he won (don't they always) but I still bought the car - my sixth in the past decade. If that doesn't substantiate my 5 star rating I'm not sure what would. At age 85 I feel safe in saying that I'm an Audi owner for life. More

Horrible experience to look at CPO Audi Q7 I had scheduled a Saturday visit to the Sewickley Audi dealership with Scott Ryan the manager there to see a 2018 CPO Black Audi Q7 and had the absolu I had scheduled a Saturday visit to the Sewickley Audi dealership with Scott Ryan the manager there to see a 2018 CPO Black Audi Q7 and had the absolute worst experience in all of my car buying experience. Not only did the manager not have the car on the lot to review, after 20 min it was finally brought down in a not very clean state for me to test drive I was told Scott was to sick to assist with the car review and he sent out a nice salesman who had no experience with the Audi Q7. However Scott did not appear to be to sick to have multiple conversations with other customers and associates in the dealership before and after my test drive. Once we got into the Audi Q7 to go for a test drive the car alerted us that it only had enough gas to go 10 miles to which it dropped to 5 miles remaining once we left the lot. I was directed by the salesman to go to a local gas station not far from the dealership to which we find it to be closed??. With to little gas to go any further, we returned to the dealership where the salesman requested for someone in service to provide gas. Another 20 min go by when a service gentleman came up to the car popped the gas cap and added gas to the Q7 from a red 5 gallon container in the middle of the BMW section of the busy parking lot. This was so unprofessional that I don't have words on how I felt for all of my wasted time on my day off to spend at this dealership. I will not be looking any further in a Sewickley Car Store vehicle nor will I ever recommend to anyone. More
