Long process, successful ending. I tried to buy a BMW from this location in the past, and wasn’t successful due to lack of communication. When I returned a few months later, I met I tried to buy a BMW from this location in the past, and wasn’t successful due to lack of communication. When I returned a few months later, I met with a new salesman who was fantastic. Jon was patient and tenacious. He found the perfect car for me and helped me figure out exactly how to execute the transaction. Considering he is very new to the business, he did a great job. He was honest and kept in touch about next steps. When all is said and done, I’m not 100% sure I would go back to this dealership if Jon weren’t there. He is pretty much the only reason I continued here. The communication between the staff members isn’t great, but Jon went above and beyond to help me. I’m grateful for that and now have exactly the car I want. More
