I have dealt with Sewickley Porsche since 2005 when I moved to West Virginia. Members of the Alleghany Region of the Porsche Club of America recommended them very highly. I was not disappointed. I do 2 to 4 track drivers' education events a year and count on Sewickley Porsche to prepare my car for the track in addition to routine service. I have total faith that my car will be safe at 130 miles per hour. I literally trust them with my life! I have also purchased 2 new cars from them. My experience with both purchases was great. They are knowledgeble, honest and ethical--characteristics not always associated with auto dealers. Some may not appreciate this, but I consider these characteristics essential. I will also add that while most sports car dealers tend to be condescending to women, the people at Sewickley are not. They are personable and available; they return phone calls and e-mail. I have trusted Duane and his team of professional mechanics whether I purchased cars at Sewickley Car Store or not. Either way I always get exceptional treatment for me and my cars. I even trusted Duane's team with complicated custom modifications to my 997.1 Turbo and '87 Targa. My 997.2 GT3 got royal treatment but equally so for my prior C2S which was arguably nothing too special compared to the GT3 and Turbo. They are 25 miles away from me and I have another Porsche dealer within 7 miles of my home. It's worth the extra miles and time to get the best Porsche service Pittsburgh has to offer. More

I have more than a decade of experience (and more than a dozen vehicles from this dealership.) I can say with absolute certainty that Sewickley Porsche is highly qualified, extremely accommodating and courteous, honest and customer focused. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty on every interaction. Porsche is a great auto maker, but the service at the dealership keeps me coming back. I have been recommending this dealership to my family and my friends for a long time, and everyone is extremely satisfied with the dealership service (and the cars of course.) For kicks, I read the other reviews on this site regarding this dealership, and certainly agree with the positive reviews. The negative reviews are hard to understand, and likely a result of the customer misunderstanding their role in the customer-dealer relationship. One particular review indicated that the service department "lied" to them. I do not believe that comment, given my direct and long-term experience with everyone in the service department. It is an unfortunate and reckless review that has no basis in reality. I highly recommend Sewickley Porsche for both new sales (Ron Kean) and superior service (Duane Smith and his highly-capable team.) More

It is by far the absolute best dealership I have ever dealt with in my many, many years of experience with car dealers. If you have ever felt that your car dealer, either with sales or service, was in some way your adversary-trying to put the screws to you on price, warranty coverage issues, trade value or anything of the issues that come up, you will feel the exact opposite in dealing with Sewickley. Its truly like dealing with a good friend. Without reservation I give them my highest recommendation. I never thought I could afford a Porsche. In the past 5 years, I have bought 3 from Sewickley and I will soon be buying a fourth, an Audi. Their sales people, especially Maudi, are awesome. I know I made a really good deal on each of my cars and the service is beyond great-I actually look forward to getting my car serviced there and I always get a loaner thats newer and nicer than mine. If its routine service, it gets done painlessly; if something need fixed, it gets fixed right the first time, everytime, and the car is ready for pick up before I'm ready to get it (if I choose not to have them drop it at home). If you are in the market for a new or used car or need a place for service, save yourself a lot of time and aggravation-forget about any other dealer; deal only with Sewickley. More
