I visited multiple times because I was uncertain which car wanted. He patiently walked around the dealership and compared each car brand. The following times that I went, despite being with another customer, he stopped by to make sure I was getting the info I needed. He left me alone and didn’t hound me or try any type of sales pitch. He answered my questions and gave me the info I needed. When I finally narrowed down my choice, I went back for a test drive. During our test drive, we didn’t talk about the car the entire time, he showed us highlights of the town, discussed history and spoke lovingly about his wife and her birthday plans. He let the car speak for itself and let me determine if I liked it. At no point during the drive did I feel pressured to like a car or notice some inconsequential detail. During the actual contract part, he was just as laid back and helpful. I jokingly whispered to my daughters that I always wanted a giant red bow on my car like the commercials. To my surprise, when I picked up my car, there was a giant red bow. I know that is a silly detail to most, but it made me smile and was the perfect ending to a long day. I would highly recommend purchasing from Ron or at least stop by to meet him. I look forward to stopping by and saying hello to him. More
