Brandon has a great personality and is not pushy at all. You can tell when you are speaking with him that he has your best interest in mind and he wants to make your car buying experience a positive one. Once I made a deal on the exact vehicle I was looking for I was introduced to finance manager Manny Pinho, who made financing extremely easy. He explained the options available to me and let me choose without all the pressure you get at most car dealerships. She was just there to help, explain or show me anything I was interested in seeing or test driving. I ended up buying a Jeep from Lindsey and she was great through the entire process. From the moment we entered this dealership, my husband and I were greeted with friendly, professional, positive people. The waiting area was posh and inviting. We really enjoyed the Ford GT in the showroom!! My wife and I just recently leased a 2013 Ford Edge Sport from Shaker Family Ford. The sales employee that I primarily worked with was Klitijon Bekurti. He was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process and did not put an undue "sales pressure" on us to buy. He listened to what was important to us in a vehicle and then only showed us those vehicles that met our specific requirements. One of the things that I appreciated the most was Klitijon's willingness to communicate through emails during the work day. This made it easier for me to respond and ask questions without having to find time to make phone calls. Overall, the experience was a positive one. I was looking for a used vehicle and I stopped in to Shakers and spoke with Cathy Reed. She had taked so information about what I was looking for and a price range. She was unavailable the day that I could stop in but I was told to she her husband Bill who was just as nice and helpful as she was. After looking at the vehicle and test driving it I was very happy with what they had found for me. I felt very comfortable talking to both of them and not a bit pressured in buying something. I did purchase the vehicle and so far very happy with it. I would definitely recomend this deal and sales people to anyone. More
