Shaker’s a new car buying experience. We went to Shakers Ford to buy a used car, we found on their website, for my daughter. We were introduced to Rodrigo, a friendly young salesman. He went over our needs and explained the Shaker Car Buying system. He is proud to be working at Shaker’s and it shows in his professional and cheerful manner. In fact, all the folks we met at Shaker’s were very welcoming. During the test drive and the conversation afterwards he showed his knowledge of cars and fully explained all our options. There was no sales pressure to buy from him at all. We went home to think it over and decided to go back the next day. When we arrived, he was waiting for us and the car was even ready to go for another test drive! We bought the car. When we picked up the car he had a surprise for us. The hub caps had some wear and tear on them, he replaced them with new ones! For once, we enjoyed buying a car and would recommend Rodrigo and Shaker’s to all our friends. More

He made the whole experience very pleasant. We came back two days later to the same pleasant atmosphere to finalize the deal and pick up my new ride. We met Manny Pinho, who whipped through the necessary paperwork seamlessly. He was also very personable and pleasant. All in all, it was a great experience and I left a very happy camper! More
