While you are waiting you receive a visit from the owner, he introduces himself, he informs you of the sales person that will be taking care of you, how much experience they have, and then you meet the sales person. It felt like a seamless process, not to mention the warm kindness from the sales person (Bill Reed), who has been with the company for 40+ years. The funny things is that we ended up purchasing a new vehicle from another dealership, but we were so impressed by Bill, that we wanted to deal with him also. So we traded in our other vehicle and ended up purchasing a Ford Explorer. We didn't feel pressured, coerced, or manipulated. It was such a wonderful experience that I would recommend anyone who is looking at a purchasing a Ford, they should definitely purchase it from Shakers, Bill was the best salesperson that I ever met. More
