New Vehicle purchase/Experience I went to Shaker Ford to look for a new SUV. Not yet sure of what I wanted. I expected to be pressured by a salesperson, so I was prepared. I was pleasantly surprised that is was not at all the case. My husband and I was greeted by a salesman named James Cianciolo and he did not pressure us at all. We test drove 2 vehicles and he provided us with information to make our decision. Every time I contacted him he got right back to me. We decided to purchase a SUV and he and Manny Pinho (finance manager) made the process easy. James went over every feature in the vehicle after the purchase prior to me leaving the dealership so I would have baseline knowledge of my new SUV. He even went so far as to send my husband a picture of us with my new SUV! Great salesman. Thanks James C. Also pleasantly surprised when Mr Shaker came to my husband and I to introduce himself.
