I LOVE SHAKERS!!! Shakers is hands down the best dealership to go to for sales and service in the area. I would even go as far to say the state. Their sales staff is exceptional and James was phenomenal when I leased my brand new Ford Escape. The whole process was extremely quick, easy, and stress and hassle free. I could not have been happier with the vehicle or the experience. Today I brought in my vehicle for its first service. I pulled into the shop, waited in the cozy lounge where I watched TV and drank coffee, and within just under an hour, my Escape was fully serviced and even washed! I could not have been happier with my entire experience. I have bought all of my vehicles from Shakers and based on my experiences, I plan to remain a loyal customer for life! More

Unlike Crestwood Ford, Shaker Ford was a great experience for me for just an oil change and a question about how to fix one of the map lights that was out. I guess Ford is really trying to satisify their customers with not only service, but good products as well. My first Ford was a 69 Gran Torino GT more than 40 years ago and I've been loyal ever since even though at times I was thinking of switching brands due to poor and inefficient service as late as 2004 in East Greenwich, RI. I have purchased and had serviced four (4) new Fords from Family Ford for over 14 years. I have never had any negative issues with them. They are "Top Notch". Went in for synthetic oil change on my F150, got me in right away. I waited for vehicle and was not there very long. Also needed part for horn that had to be ordered.
