Gr8 Experience at Shaker Ford in Watertown I spoke with James McCarley about a 2016 F-350 in Blue Jeans Metallic that was on the lot. When I arrived at the dealership the truck was at the fron I spoke with James McCarley about a 2016 F-350 in Blue Jeans Metallic that was on the lot. When I arrived at the dealership the truck was at the front door and ready for a test drive. We took it for about 45 min ride around city and highway and that's all I needed. Got back to Shakers, we sat down, talked for about 15 min and James made an aggressive offer on my old truck and we shook hands on a gr8 deal. Then I met with Manny Pinho who found a gr8 finance package for me and I drove the truck home that day!! "Buy Transparently" is Shaker's motto and it is true!! Thanks to James and Manny! More

Our sales rep. was James McCarley and it was a pleasure dealing with him throughout the process. There was never a "hard sell" or push to make a snap decision, which we very much appreciated. James took us for a ride in the car, for as long as we wanted, to get a full feel for it, We were also taken to their off-site parking area to get a look at additional colors for our consideration. In the end we chose the MKZ because it was exactly what we were looking for and all the folks we interacted with at Shaker were great to deal with. We also ended up looking at and purchasing a Ford C-Max from James. I would encourage anyone looking for a Lincoln or Ford product to head to Shaker's and talk to James McCarley.. More
