I had never heard of the Shaker Family Hyundai. However, my initial visit, conversation and test drive with Chris Maxfield had me hooked. Chris did all he could to educate us on the car we were interested in (WOW!). There was never a pressure to buy the car, but a clear determination by Chris to make sure we had every ounce of info we needed to make an informed decision. Once we decided to buy the car, Chris helped to ensure that each step of the way we were met by more kind and caring staff, who spoke with us, rather than at us. We were amazed at the engagement of all the team members at Shaker's Family Hyundai. This speaks volumes about the dealership, as a whole. Special shout out to Jovany (business manager) and Kiara who walked us through all the tech before we left the dealership with our vehicle.
