VERY POOR SERVICE, IT TOOK ALMOST A MONTH TO REPAIR MY TRUCK . i UNDERSTAND THAT IT TOOK A WHILE TO GET THE PART. BUT NO BODY CONTACTED ME REGARDING THE DELAY. i CALLED TWICE AND MARISSA NEVER RETUNED M TRUCK . i UNDERSTAND THAT IT TOOK A WHILE TO GET THE PART. I HAD TO GO (05/18/25) AND FIND OUT THE REASON FOR THE DELAY, MARRISA WAS NOT THERE SO I SPOKE TO ANOTHER SERVICE ADAVISOR AND A SERVICE MANAGER. AGAIN, MARISSA NEVER CALLED ME, ON THE 20TH I CALLED AND FINALLY I SPOKE TO MARISSA AND HAS PER HER STAMENT MY TRUCK WAS NOT READY BECAUSE THE PERSON THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO MOLD THE KEY SO THAT I WOULD BE ABE TO OPEN DOOR ETC, ETC, WAS RUNNING LATE BECAUSE HE HAD TO MUCH WORK. I WAS VERY UPSET I TOLD MARISSA THAT SHE BETTER DO SOMETHING OTHERWISE I WILL BE CALLING NOT ONLY GMC MANAGEMENT BUT I WILL BE CALLING GMC NATIONAL. More

Charles was courteous, but when I spoke to him on the phone, he quoted me a price of $675 and said he'd get me at least a $25 discount for my senior, first responder and veteran status. But when I receiv phone, he quoted me a price of $675 and said he'd get me at least a $25 discount for my senior, first responder and veteran status. But when I received his voice-mail he quoted $775 with a $75 discount. Turned out to be about a $50 to $75 dollar difference. I spoke to him when I picked up the truck, but he disagreed what was spoken. I didn't want to argue about $50, but I know what I heard. More
There seemed to be a breakdown between the finance manager, my credit union and what I was supposed to provide in the way of payment and insurance information. Worst ever. Went in for inspection and oil change and right off the bat the service rep made stupid “joking” comments about not dropping off the vehicle, they d Went in for inspection and oil change and right off the bat the service rep made stupid “joking” comments about not dropping off the vehicle, they don’t do inspections with GEICO insurance, all of it’s going to be 7k, blah blah stupid comments followed by “oh I’m kidding”. Then once time to pick up he calls to say “we made a mistake please come here with $ 700” now I assume he’s kidding due to all his prior stupid remarks. However he tells me the 25k mile checks along with oil change was preformed first therefore he could not preform an inspection as it wouldn’t pass because they unplugged the battery to do initial checks. I pause and he says “do you understand”. Yes I am a female but I do understand basic logic and therefore basic logic is to perform a state inspection when the vehicle arrives instead of performing checks and oil changes. Why would anyone fix problems prior to inspection doesn’t the state want to know how the vehicle drives as I’m arriving the shop. My inspection was not preformed and now an extra trip has to be made for an inspection to be done after I asked several times to assure its completion. I am beyond furious, I understand trying to joke to “make your day go by faster” but mistakes are made when you don’t pay attention. This was stupid and unnecessary. I do not have all the time in the world yo just come back 2 days later so you can fix a mistake that never should have occurred in the first place. It was a waste and today was a waste of a trip to a dealership that was unprofessional, do not understand basic common knowledge, or they simply take advantage of female customers whatever the case may be it was the worst experience and the will never give them my respect or business again.
