The service dept was great. They found issues I was unaware of and corrected them. However , when I picked up my vehicle, there were greasy hand prints all over my white hood an They found issues I was unaware of and corrected them. However , when I picked up my vehicle, there were greasy hand prints all over my white hood and one of the door panels that was taken off for a mirror repair was not replaced properly. Once I brought the fire panel to their attention, it was replaced correctly. I did not mention the greasy handprints on the hood but probably should have. More

I normally go to Shamaley Ford and Daniel Contreras takes care of me says he’s one of the best this time I was was taken care of by advisor 37 183 Jose Pablo Val. Told me to go to the waiting room and enjoy a cup of coffee while he got my car ready He messaged me asking me if I needed anything else to communicate through that message after that he brought my car and ask me if I needed anything else to go over my work order he was fast and efficient and took care of me with the pricing.
