Tom did an incredible job getting us into our new CRV! He set up an appointment time, met with me on time, and patiently walked me through the paperwork. I am treated with respect & kindness & my questions are always answered & one time when I went in for low tire light check, my car was washed! I was disappointed that someone painted the tires with black goo that came off and sprayed in front and behind wheel wells. Should have been told when I dropped of the car (and I told them I would pick up after my husband got off work) that they closed at 5:30 pm (which is exactly the time I arrived to pick it up) AND that the told them I would pick up after my husband got off work) that they closed at 5:30 pm (which is exactly the time I arrived to pick it up) AND that there is a surcharge for using a credit card (had I known this I would have had my debit or checkbook with me). I appreciate that they guys unlocked the door and let me get my car, but had I known that they close at 5:30 pm - I would have taken Honda up on the offer to come get me. There is no excuse for not telling customers about the credit card surcharge until you're standing there getting ready to pay - with a credit card. More
