I brought my truck in to have the bed cover installed this week was not shown how to operate it. I had a 9:30 appointment for scheduled maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, brake fluid); arrived at 9:15. At 10:15, still had not heard anything. Went to service counter, and Macks said “We’re about ha change, tire rotation, brake fluid); arrived at 9:15. At 10:15, still had not heard anything.
