Go anywhere other than this dealership. Worst customer experience Ive ever had at any establishment. Listen to the other reviews. They are proud to lie and cheat hard working people. Buyer beware! I'll never do business with Shawnee Mission Ford Service Department again. Had scheduled a service appointment for early Friday morning for brake repairs and didn't get my truck back until 10am the followin Department again. Had scheduled a service appointment for early Friday morning for brake repairs and didn't get my truck back until 10am the following Tuesday. Unacceptable way to do business. They did not offer anything to make up for the delay, not even a valid excuse or apology. The same thing happened before when I brought my truck in for brakes back in February 2024, with the same four day delay. I should have learned my lesson then. Terrible. More

Like the dealership, worked with Brooke and Derby and they were good to work with overall. Two things I didn’t like was that I dropped off my car at 10 am and the kept it overnight and didn’t pick it up they were good to work with overall. Two things I didn’t like was that I dropped off my car at 10 am and the kept it overnight and didn’t pick it up til noon next day. These Diagnostic fees are way too expensive and there are to many of them. One diagnostic charge per visit !!!!! More
