Had a 9am appointment and was told by Service attendant my car would be ready in one hour, at most 70 minutes. I waited. It took almost 3 hours! No updates provided. After we agreed to the price and signed we looked over the paperwork. The car was $1000 more , the miles were 5000 miles more than we were told, we were told that we had a $200 deductible nope $250 , and the paperwork.
