It was a disappointing experience, and unfortunately I do not plan to return. Without informing me, a software update was performed on my vehicle, which resulted in the loss of the remote start feature. I wa not plan to return. In addition, after I completed the payment, the technician simply placed the invoice and receipt in front of me without any explanation or courtesy. I felt this was unprofessional and discourteous. Goni was great to work with, and this was our 2nd car buying experience with him. We showed up about an hour before closing on a Sat and he was willing to stick it out with us until we made a decision. T buying experience with him. There was no pressure to make a sale and he was able to work with his team to get us to the price we wanted along with a trade-in offer we were happy with. Once we got the vehicle home we noticed there were a couple accessories missing from the package we purchased, so we called him up that Mon and he was on it tracking down the additional items.
