The rep I worked with was really personable. He made sure I got in despite their policy of no walk-ins. Given I have been coming there for years they worked with me on the price of repairs. I did notice today (one day after repairs) the mute button on my steering wheel is no longer functioning. If not for this and an inconvenience of the way the bill needed to be paid I would have given them five stars throughout. More

Lots of inventory, sales person was informative and nice. He failed to explain the ed breakdown of costs associated with the car I was buying. Finance guy sprung the charges on me.
