I took our car in for an oil change and recall work (3rd time for the recall work) and not only could they not complete the recall work they also couldn’t manage to complete the oil change after having the time for the recall work) and not only could they not complete the recall work they also couldn’t manage to complete the oil change after having the call for 4 hours. There was no communication about the work not getting done, only once I showed up at the dealership did they tell me that nothing had been done. Two messages left with the service director (Angela) have not been returned, nor has an email sent to the dealership. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service, think twice before taking your car here. More
