Had my Kia towed in. Service Advisor Mark called and said I needed to come in to sign paperwork - didn't provide any reason why. I called after not hearing anything for a week, no return call. Called again asked for manager, no return call. Called a third time this time demanding to speak to someone to tell me what is going on with my vehicle. Talked to SA Brian who finally tells me it's being repaired under warranty, etc. I have no idea why SA Mark couldn't or wouldn't do this. Or the manager Vegi? Needless to say it took 2 weeks to get my car back and no communication from them whatsoever. More
