Absolutely the worst service department I have ever encountered. Always charging over 100 dollars for the suggested maintenance for my K5 which wouldn't be a big deal except they always give me my car encountered. Its almost always a tire pressure issue. I shouldn't have to go somewhere else to get my tires rebalanced after getting service at your dealership. The last straw for me was on my last visit I got my car back and again the tire pressures were wildly off. I took it back they said we will make it right. They did not and when I called and asked to speak to a manager they gave me the run around and no manager has called. The person who helped me that day did call back but they wanted me to come back in Monday and they would "make it right". This place is a joke. We will be finding a new Kia dealership to go to. Shawnee mission Kia has completely ruined my confidence in the Kia brand. My fiance and I have been big Kia fans for the last decade and it's the only cars we have owned in that time. I hope we can find a reliable Kia dealership going forward but Shawnee mission Kia is not that dealership and they have proved it over and over again. More
