We were greeted the moment we walked in and felt welcomed. We applied online and then came into the dealership and met our salesman Tony. Had a 2:30pm appointment and thought I had set up a wait for it appointment, Evidently I did not according to what they showed. There were 4 cars ahead of me! Took the Lyft home. Had to call around 5:30 pm for it appointment, Evidently I did not according to what they showed. There were 4 cars ahead of me! Took the Lyft home. Had to call around 5:30 pm knowing the Service Dept. closed at around 6pm., this being our only vehicle which I had informed the service representative. Another Lyft needed to pick me up. It took 3 hours for a scheduled Servicing. My car mats had not even been vacuumed. My expectations for SM Kia have been lowered. More
Out customer service rep was Diamond and she was great ! Very friendly and easy to deal with . However, i only came in for some recall issues and oil change. The car was there 6 hrs. They also removed the wheels is d inspected brakes which I never asked them to do. They need to be more efficient with working on reason for customer coming in. More
