Please remember that it is in our best interest to have your repair covered by the warranty company. If there is a way to make sure that it is covered, we absolutely will fight on your behalf to get that done. It doesn’t benefit us at all to have you pay for it when we can have the warranty company pay for it, instead. I am happy to look further into this matter for you, though.
