David Morando was great and this is the second car i've bought from him in the last year. However, his new boss was a very nasty individual. My wife and I were in need of a "new" vehicle as the transmissions failed on both of our vehicles. We never thought we would be able to purchase a newer vehicle ever again. John Coyner and the pre-owned team at Shawnee Mission Kia changed that for us. John was compassionate, empathetic and reassuring in his tone and demeanor. I had spent the entire day at 12 different dealerships and was made to feel that what I needed didn't matter and that I was unimportant to them because I wasn't a "big sale" for them.
