I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership. I recently went in with my daughter to look at used vehicles. Goni was her salesperson. They promised 5 years of oil change with new purchase. I had to fight to get the first one free. I tried to get warranty work done never returned a phone call. Found car from search, price was good. Oddly enough, while I was at the credit union filling out paperwork, checked the web site to get car mileage and found the price had dropped $1500. Texted salesman, he didn't know but immediately emailed back a new bill of sale with lower price. Service was good, people were very nice, but it took over two hours to buy the car, and I arrived with a cashier's check. I've purchased and financed a new car in 15 minutes in the past. Also, kind of like the old undercoating car dealers used to do, they did a $695 protection package on the body and interior. Not sure what's involved, but they included a six pack of bottles of leather cleaner, body wash, etc. It was on the bill, but I didn't order it. It was done before the car was offered for sale, so if you buy the car, you buy the "undercoating." Car was in great shape, so other than the crap I didn't need, I'd buy there again. But just add it in and see if you still want to buy the car, before you even talk to them. More
LIARS! !!! No over charge on msrp is an absolute crock, they DO have a market adjustment of 2,000k and they hide it in FORCING you to buy the “resistall pack !!! No over charge on msrp is an absolute crock, they DO have a market adjustment of 2,000k and they hide it in FORCING you to buy the “resistall package !!” Which is just a scotch brite in the interior and exterior. We’re honestly not even positive it was done. You can’t tell. The sad part is they don’t give you an option to decline the resistall package. You could opt out of warranty but you can’t opt of the resistall package and the finance person told us you can “call” it the market adjustment and not get anything for it OR you get this non-negotiable resistall package. Either way you pay an up charge of 2-4K more than msrp and what the vehicle was listed. They will also manipulate the interest rates on whether or not you get the extended warranty. Better rate for getting a warranty? Weird. I don’t think the banks really care, especially if you have good credit. Don’t walk… RUN away . Shame on them , #Kia hope you are aware of this scam ! They “claim” to not be like all the other shady dealers out their when in actuality they FORCE you to buy a package you don’t need. More

Their service department sucks I have had my car since 2019 bought it brand new off the lot and everytime I take it to get serviced at the dealership it comes out with the same issue. 4 separate occasions 2019 bought it brand new off the lot and everytime I take it to get serviced at the dealership it comes out with the same issue. 4 separate occasions I have been told that I was the reason for the issues and when I explain that the last time I brought it in for regular service I asked for issues to be taken care of that have not been addressed they seem to disregard any statement I make. Issues appear to be minor such as buildup in the washer fluid line. But if this is how they address minor issues I hate to see what they do with major ones. Never buying from here again. More

Make sure to ask in depth questions on any warranty, replacement, etc...plans that you are talked into purchasing with your car. They tend to leave out some of the details or actually change wording to replacement, etc...plans that you are talked into purchasing with your car. When you need to use the warranty, replacement that you purchased and paid for it's no longer applicable because it expired. This repeat customer is letting future car business with Shawnee Mission Kia expire, just like the warranty. More
