I was promptly greeted when I arrived. Kenzel was busy so Chad immediately helped me. He was very helpful and patient. He answered all of my questions and concerns. The application and approval process went very fast. I recommend Shawnee Mission Kia to anyone. They really work with you! More

Horrible dealing with these sharks!! I cant even put into words the horrible experience I have had over the last 6 months dealing with Shawnee Mission Kia. Over charged by thousands, Lost I cant even put into words the horrible experience I have had over the last 6 months dealing with Shawnee Mission Kia. Over charged by thousands, Lost my title, Lost my old cars tags, under valued my old car, Couldn't figure out how not to charge me sales tax even with a trade in, new certified pre owned vehicle has never been certified and gone through the inspection. My sales person is no longer with the company and when I decided that this was not the deal for me they said too late your car is being purchased from one of the guys on our lot. So did you give me a crappy trade in value and over charge me so he could get a deal? I called Kia customer care and so far no one from the dealership even cared to call me back. Stay away from these guys they will take your money and Run. I went from a paid off 2011 Camaro to being upside down in my 2013 KIA that has more miles on it than my Camaro. More
Never Again I needed an oil change and when I inquired with Michael about how long and how much as oil change will take and he replied “about an hour”. I agreed. I needed an oil change and when I inquired with Michael about how long and how much as oil change will take and he replied “about an hour”. I agreed. TWO hours later my car was finally finished. Upon swiping my credit card we discovered that the credit card terminal was not accepting my card. Normally when a card is declined it is because there is not any money in the account, which is an embarrassing situation in itself, but that was not the case. However, the service staff lacked any sort of professionalism and every customer in or around the service area knew my card was declined. Next, after I got a hold of my bank, the customer service rep was trying to explain to Michael that my card was in good standing, he tried to re-boot the credit card terminal with no luck. I asked Michael where the nearest ATM machine was and I told him that I would run up there and bring back cash to pay for the oil change. He called over a porter to escort me to the ATM machine like I am some idiot criminal looking for a free oil change and not come back with money. Needless to say, they let customers drive off the lot with $50,000 cars all the time for test drives. That to me was so degrading and so belittling to me. Really? Is this how you treat your customers? So here I am having to be driven by a porter to an ATM machine to pull out money. Yes using the same card I got your money so that I could get my car back and prevent you from calling the police to track me down. The other problem is that I was not able to go to the bank of my choice thus having to pay an additional ATM use fee, which, by the way, I NEVER DO. Making this oil change a lot more expensive. So let’s recap today’s events: 1) “about an hour” turned into 2 and a half hours 2) Everyone in the service area knew my card declined 3) Had to be escorted to an ATM machine 4) Had to pay an ATM fee of 5 dollars Their service department caused me a great disservice. More
