I brought my car in (8/6) as there was a nail in the tire, I was told it couldn’t be patched and I needed a new tire, however there wasn’t one in stock. I was told by Mark the tire would be ordered and tire, I was told it couldn’t be patched and I needed a new tire, however there wasn’t one in stock. I was told by Mark the tire would be ordered and in the following day and I would receive a call in the afternoon letting me know it was completed and ready for pickup. I thought it was odd my tire wasn’t in stock as I am leasing my car from this dealership and my lease started less than 3 years ago on a 2023 model, however I was okay waiting the alleged short time. I received no communication the following day (8/7) so I called into Kia around 5pm and was told Mark was unavailable but he would call me back. I received no call back so I again reached out around 7pm but was told the service department was closed and was unable to be given an answer on whether my vehicle was finished or not. I then called around 7am the next day (8/8) and was told by Mark “the tire came in late yesterday we’re working on it now” with ZERO accountability to be had. Extremely poor communication with this service department. In addition to that, the staff at the service desk could use some customer service training- this isn’t the first time I’ve walked into their entrance without any sort of greeting or “be with you shortly” and just had to wait there hoping someone saw that I walked in and still needed to receive assistance. Overall I’m unimpressed and it does not motivate me to begin a new lease on a bigger vehicle after mine ends, even though that was my original plan. It seems that if a simple tire change cannot be communicated correctly I would hate to see what happens in this department with bigger issues. More

The regular maintenance was fine. They gave me discount coupon as well. However, they couldn't figure out the problem I mentioned about a wisely sound that happens with acceleration, They gave me discount coupon as well. Customer service is poor! I had a 3:00pm appt. That they tried to cancel because they wanted to close by 4:00. If that was the case, then why did they schedule my appointmen I had a 3:00pm appt. That they tried to cancel because they wanted to close by 4:00. If that was the case, then why did they schedule my appointment for 3:00 and then was deceitful and said it was 3:30. I rushed to get there before 3 o’clock. What really unnerved me was customers were still coming in at 3:30 and 345. They lack professionalism! More
