We were credit challenged having not recovered from a job loss and subsequent unemployment over a tear ago. Customer service was great. The employees were very friendly and didn't think twice about joking around with you and making you feel welcomed, comfortable and important. I had a lot of run around on what I wanted and the price I wanted to stay at. Nick was very upfront and made me the deal I was looking for without having to spend hours there playing lets make a deal. As a 45 year old single woman buying my first car I felt comfortable and confident I was at the right place and doing the right thing. Rachel in the finance department also knew I was buying my first new car and went out of her way to make everything comfortable, inviting and made sure I knew all that was available to me. She explained things I'm not sure she even had to just to make sure I left a happy customer. They went through the car and made sure it was very clean and had a full tank of gas before I left. Overall they were the only dealership I went to that took me serious when I said I had done all my homework and research and that I knew what I was looking for and the price I was looking for it at. I can honestly say it's the only dealership that I felt took me serious and respected me as a single woman looking for a car.
