I want to thank Jim Canto for the blessing I received when I went to Shawnee Mission Kia. I went there down on my luck and at the end of my rope and seen no light at the end of the tunnel. The last thing I wanted was to deal with a high pressure salesman but I was going to take my chances. Jim Canto was the opposite of high pressure salesman to me. He was funny, down to earth and empathetic to my disgust and frustration. I got a good price on my trade in and Jim was great with explaining things to me. Whenever Jim made a deal happen for me I cried. Jim had turned a hellish week into a blessing and he gave me the light at the end of the tunnel. I now am driving a 2011 Sorento with affordable payments and a smile on my face. Thank you Jim Canto and Shawnee Mission Kia. God Bless you all. We had been looking for a car for a couple of weeks and had become very frustrated. It didn't seem that we would ever find a car that we liked that also fit our budget. Rocco Morando was not a pushy salesman at all and had incredible patience answering all of our questions about the different Kia models. We ended up loving the Kia Optima LX and Shawnee Mission Kia was super to work with in regard to financing and we drove off the lot with a car we love. After not buying a car in more than 10 years, I was pleased to find out that it did not need to be an ordeal. My credit is not the best, but this dealership was willing to work with me to get a price and payment that I could afford. I am enjoying driving my new Kia(not new actually--a 2007 Spectra that is in great shape) and very happy to be driving a car that is not a gas-guzzler(40 mpg/highway)--I was tired of spending a huge hunk of my money at the gas station.
