When I went into Kia, I came in with an open mind and mostly wanted to see what Kia had to offer. On my first day, heard several of the options, as given to me by Rocco Morando. I had been looking for a car for about 6-8 months. By chance I stopped by the Kia dealership. Mr. Omboga came out and showed me a couple of Kia Rios. At first, the small size of the car concerned me, b chance I stopped by the Kia dealership. Mr. Omboga came out and showed me a couple of Kia Rios. At first, the small size of the car concerned me, but we went for a test drive. Given it was rush hour, I did not want to drive a car unfamiliar in rush hour traffic, so Mr. Omboga drove us to a residential street so I could test drive the car. I then asked to go to the used car dealership, and the scenario repeated - he drove to a residential area, I drove the car, and we went back. I then asked to drive the new Rio again. The second time, I enjoyed driving it - very fun little car! At no time did I feel any unwelcome pressure from Mr. Omboga to purchase, but he gave his honest opinion, highlighted the fact that the Rio was new, vs. the used car. He was friendly, professional, and had endless patience. He offered me bottled water, answered all my questions, and seemed genuinely concerned that I make the right choice for me. And, I feel that I did, thanks to his salesmanship and patience. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Omboga to any of my friends who are interested in purchasing a car from Shawnee Mission Kia. More
