T.O. was very patient. I wanted a lot and even when he thought we might be pushing it, he never said no, he just smiled and asked anyway. In the end I got everything I wanted at the price I wanted. Finally one of my main request was the home link system. I made it known from the beginning. I checked right before we closed the deal and that vehicle did not have it. Again T.O. Just smiled said I'll be right back and when he returned said he had it taken care of. No cost to me. We completed the sale and he ordered the home link and the service people called me when it arrived and installed it. T.O. Also called me a few days after and made sure everything was okay an to find out if I had any questions. Customer service has been great so far.
