I made an appointment for a service recall. After waiting a while I was informed that they "just ran out of the parts". I had taken the day off work to get this looked at. No further help was offered, so I asked if the parts could be received...waited and no was the answer then I asked if another dealership could do the repair. No one went out of their way - as if my time wasn't valuable. After my asking, the manager did call over to Olathe Kia, who said they could help. I got there and they got me right in. No "parts" were needed as the corrosion wasn't bad enough, the wax was applied and it was a done deal (I did go ahead and get the transmission serviced while I was there, and that was quick as well). Once again I am disappointed with SMKIA. I don't think anyone even looked at my van to see if the control arm needed to be replaced in the first place.....I have bought two cars from this place... Also, I heard about this recall coming up a while back....I asked about it when I was in about 6 weeks ago and no one knew what I was talking about. Then a few weeks later I get the notice in the mail. How does the news know about it, but not the dealership? It could have saved me a trip as it is a bit of a drive for me. More

He had said that he was new. Being a same sex family, we got treated so well by him, Rob, and the other employees there. We had such a great experience not only with William but with all the staff. We went in and had told William what we had and what we could work with and he put in us a car that was absolutly perfectfor my wife, and our family.
