Please remember that it is in our best interest to have your repair covered by the warranty company. If there is a way to make sure that it is covered, we absolutely will fight on your behalf to get that done. Brandon, My email is in your files. Other than you quoting one number and Kia another for my lease buyout, I had no real issue THIS time. Dave Long was a good guy to work with. The issue was in 2022 the finance criminals FORCED me to add on items that I did not want or need. I felt like I paid twice for things they added on by buying off of lease. IF I understand correctly it is now illegal to force add on items a customer does NOT want just to do the deal. I told Dave I wanted to pull the lease agreement out and discuss it when I was there but it did not get done. I also asked for the Regional Manager's name for KIA and it was not provided. You also have my phone # in the file if you want to discuss.
