In the 10 months that I have had my vehicle I've had 4 things go wrong with it. Not a good track record for a new vehicle. All of the problems have been addressed and fixed. Above and beyond customer service My wife and I bought a VW Tiguon from this dealership from Ryan Scheible the sales representative, well after owning the vehicle for some time we had My wife and I bought a VW Tiguon from this dealership from Ryan Scheible the sales representative, well after owning the vehicle for some time we had to do maintenance which required taking off the tire. The factory lug nut key was missing from the vehicle so we ran into an issue. I reached out to Ryan in desperation and he worked for 2 days to help! Finally after numerous phone calls, countless no responses to borrow a key, Ryan pulled off a miracle by borrowing a key from another dealership and going out of his way to do so! Even used his own tool as collateral! I’m beyond impressed with his efforts and will continue to bring business back with that kind of customer service! More
