Best auto shop! I had to get my passenger window replaced so I went to Sheboygan Chevy bc it was up the street from where I was. Such a good place! Every employee I came into contact with was smiling, friendly, informative and helpful. The company took care of me and my needs by vacuuming and cleaning the glass out of my car and patching up the window with plastic. They order a rental car for me and shuttles me over to the rental place. They made everything so easy and were super accommodating. All I had to do was drop off my car and pick it up. I got a nice surprise when I picked up my car the next day, it had been cleaned inside and out. Awesome job Sheboygan Chevy!! More

Great purchase experience As happens with most vehicles taken in for service, our truck did not act up for the tech. We crossed paths with Rob Graham as we were stopping in to see how repairs with the old truck were coming along. He listened to our repair story and that we have been thinking about a new truck before retirement, so now might be the time! He came to us in the service department to see how we turned out. Well, they could not find the problem. We looked at Rob and mentioned maybe it was time to buy that new truck. He asked what we were looking for and again, he listened to us! We made a decision to buy, which was really easy to do after learning from Mike Wier what our trade in was worth. We started with planning to buy the 2017 Silverado, but overnight we decided it was more truck than we really needed. The next morning I called and asked Rob to get the 2017 Colorado ready for a test drive. We took it out and loved it. There never was any pressure to buy or go back to the Silverado. Rob's knowledge of the vehicle details was awesome! Our experience, from service to sales to finance, including all people in between, was fantastic! They treat their customers right. Help after vehicle purchase from different dealership So I recently purchased a vehicle from a dealership where I live. The dealership did not provide me with services that should have been offered and se So I recently purchased a vehicle from a dealership where I live. The dealership did not provide me with services that should have been offered and set up for as a free service. Steve Dewey knew of my purchase and inquired if I had gotten what I was suppose to. after he informed my of what I should have received, I contacted the dealership who said they don't provide those services and didn't know anything about it. Steve proceeded to help with acquiring what I should have received and as it turns out the dealership feed me a line and it was available to me and would have taken them no time to set it up for me but they wouldn't. So with Steve's help I got everything I should have. It's pretty bad when a salesman from a different dealership has to fix bad salesman's work. If anyone is looking for a good honest salesman he is your guy. He will make sure you get everything your suppose to and take the time to make sure your satisfied with your purchase!!! He didn't have to help me at all but he did and that says a lot. You want outstanding quality service go see Steve, you will not be disappointed. I'll never buy from another salesman but him EVER AGAIN! More

Honesty I came in for a 4 wheel alignment and when they were finished, in a lot less time than was stated, I only needed a front end alignment.
