The serviceman wild not acknowledge me when I came in to pick up my car while he talked endlessly on the phone. I asked someone to help me and finally another serviceman told me to go to the cashier. They did not complete the Original request For oil change. Did not communicate that oil change had not been completed. Spent two days focused on a problem they could not Replicate. Did not Initiate co change. Did not communicate that oil change had not been completed. Spent two days focused on a problem they could not Replicate. Did not Initiate communication with me to update job status during the two days. I Was unaware that oil change had not been completed until I was driving home after requesting my car back for an upcoming trip! Service people did not apprise me of this when I picked up my car. I am very disappointed with this location and lack of communication! I certainly would’ve waited an additional hour to have the oil changed if I had known that this had not been completed! More
