"Alan Payson Gets The Job Done"

I had major transmission problems since I bought my 2015 Yukon Denali. After 6 transmission "tune-ups", Alan shows up and gets the faulty transmission replaced - finally. At 36,200 miles, my info screen goes out just past warranty. Alan pops the hood and hits the system reset button and it is fixed. I have spent time with Jag service and MB service and Alan ranks up there with the best of them. Thank you Alan for being a man of action. 5 Stars to you. Kent Johnson

I'm going to be honest... I hate going to dealerships especially when I know I'm going to be spending a lot of money on a repair. But thanks to Rebecca and Jimmy it made the pain in my pocket not feel so bad. Those two are two outstanding employees and because of them and their great service team I'll be bringing my Hummer back anytime it breaks. They f****** rock!

Great overall experience. Everyone is so friendly and kind. Answered all of my questions and knowledge of the vehicles was top notch. Had no intentions of buying or leasing a Buick but got hooked and left with the vehicle that day. Gerard was amazing and took great care of me and made sure everything I wanted to know was answered.

Great team they have at this dealer. Gerard White the sales guy is excellent. Very thorough, patient, and friendly. Great deals. Finance guy is great and Don the service person too. Recommend to everyone. No complaints. My wife also leased a vehicle after I did because we loved Gerard's service.

"Terrible Service Center!!"

Worst Service Center I have ever been too!!!!!!!!! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! Took My Saab in for A Recall, was told would be done same day. I drove from almost 2 hours away to find out they would need car a few days once i got there.. They did not offer Loaner and I had to rent car. After a few days was told I had some issues with car which I did.. Was told they could fix for $1200, I decided to just go and do it as Saab techs are hard to find.. Got Home and car was not fixed at all.. Took To Real Saab Expert in Coral Gables (Miami Area). Was told I got completely Ripped off and the dealer didn't do anything. Had to pay $1400 but car was completely fixed. So I Do Not recommend anyone getting Scammer by the Sheehan Service Department

"I have had my vehicle serviced at many different places..."

I have had my vehicle serviced at many different places over the years but I was never really impressed with the quality of care I received. This was definitely not the case at Sheehan. From the moment I arrived I was taken care of by Hector Delucca. I found out that he has been at this same dealership for over 20 years!!! How many people can say that?? It's no wonder because he is attentive, respectful, straight-forward and professional. I STRONGLY recommend taking your vehicle to Sheehan and seeing Hector in service. You will have a difficult time trying to find someone else as capable as this man.
