This review follows up on a previous experience I had at Sheehan. After having my vehicle serviced, the engine light came on just a few days later. At the request of Troy and the Service Manager, I returned Sheehan. After having my vehicle serviced, the engine light came on just a few days later. At the request of Troy and the Service Manager, I returned to address the issue. I was promptly contacted by my Service Manager, Eytan, who assured me that despite the lack of available appointments, he would make time to fit me in. When I brought my vehicle in, Eytan immediately took charge, recruiting a technician to quickly diagnose the problem. I expected to be there for hours, but to my surprise, they had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. While the service on my GMC was top-notch, what truly stood out was the quick response and genuine effort to ensure my satisfaction with Sheehan. They went above and beyond anything I've experienced at other service centers, and at my age, I've been to quite a few! I HIGHLY recommend Sheehan and their entire team to anyone seeking quality auto repairs and first-class service. More

I had oil change and service check on Thursday my battery died on Friday and had to return for new battery. Bryant and Mike took really good care of me me on my wife’s brand new GMC Yukon. Bryant was extremely responsive to me. We had a few minor issues upon delivery and Bryant and Mike took care of them for wife’s brand new GMC Yukon. Bryant was extremely responsive to me.
