Excellent Service from Jamie Wells & Rebecca Husstle I drove in to the service department today without an appointment to have a faulty tire sensor looked at. I was greeted by Jamie Wells who was extremely professional. Within 45 minutes Jamie had me out the door with a brand-new tire sensor. It is important to note that I drove to Sheehan Cadillac from my Coral Springs home simply because I was frustrated With the previous service I had received from Ed Morse Cadillac Relative to the same issue. I actually left five voicemails to two different service advisors at Ed Morse Cadillac, with no return calls from either of them. The service team at Sheehan Cadillac made me feel as though I was a 20 year plus customer. I then spent 15 minutes with Rebecca who helped in getting a free offer with OnStar.
